Even Aisha is Full of Regrets for Supporting Buhari to Become President - Reno Omokri | CNR

Reno Omokri, aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, has berated the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, and handlers of President Mohammadu Buhari for attacking anyone who criticise their principal, no matter how constructive.
Omokri, who was apparently reacting to governor Nasir El-Rufai's statement attacking billionaire businessman, Bill Gates over his statement that President Buhari's economic policies does not address the needs of Nigerians, said everyone involved in foisting Buhari on Nigerians have regretted their actions.

Bill Gates while speaking during a special section of National Economic Council meeting held Thursday at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, said Nigerian government needs to reorder its economic plan to reflect the needs of its people.
"To anchor the economy over the long term, investment in infrastructure and competitiveness must go hand in hand with investments in the people. People without roads, ports and factories can’t flourish. And roads, ports and factories without skilled workers to build and manage them can’t sustain an economy.
"I urge you to apply this thinking to all your investments in your people. The Nigerian government’s Economic Recovery and Growth Plan identify investing in our people as one of three strategic objectives. But the execution priorities don’t fully reflect people’s needs, prioritising physical capital over human capital", Mr. Gates said.

Writing through his Facebook account, Omokri explained that even though those who supported President Buhari to become President does not openly regret their actions, they do so in their heart in order to save their face.
He wrote: "Bill Gates spoke, and they said he is a dropout. Danjuma has spoken, they have labeled him an anarchist. Obasanjo spoke and they say he has Messiah complex. IBB spoke, they arrested his spokesman. Bishop Kukah spoke, they told him to shut up.

"Nigerians spoke, they threatened us with death for hate speech! There is nobody involved in imposing Buhari on Nigeria that is not secretly or openly regretting it.
"Even his own wife, Aisha, is full of regrets and has not hidden it. His Internet trolls are regretting. To save face, they don’t regret openly, but when they are alone with their conscience it is regret all the way!", Omokri insisted
