Life Was Better For Nigerians With Jonathan's Fuel Subsidy And Corruption Than Under Our Change And Anti-Corruption - APC Senator

Senator Shehu Sani addressing participants at an event
Senator Shehu Sani, Senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district has said that life was better and easier for Nigerians under former President Goodluck Jonathan's government even with their fuel subsidy and massive corruption than under the current APC government of change and anti-corruption.

The senator said that judging from the fact that before the APC came to power in 2015, a barrel of oil cost a little below USD$40 and there was fuel subsidy and corruption while today the price of a barrel of oil is a little above USD$60 without oil subsidy and corruption, life is supposed to be easier for Nigerians.

The Senator said: "When we came into office in 2015, the price of crude oil was below fourty dollars, and then there was subsidy and corruption;

"And now it's above 60 dollars without subsidy and corruption. You don't need to be Pythagoras, Archimedes, Isaac Newton or Rene Descartes to sum up that things and life suppose to be easier and better for our people.

It should be recalled that Senator Sani who was elected on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC recently mocked the APC-led federal government over their approach in dealing with the activities of killer Fulani herdsmen and others responsible for the recent killing of innocent Nigerians in Benue, Kaduna, Kwara, Adamawa, and Rivers States.
