BREAKING: FG Replies Obasanjo, Says OBJ Too Busy To Notice Buhari's Efforts On Economy | CNR

In what look like a formal response to the letter Wednesday by a former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, in which blamed President Mohammadu Buhari for poor performance and lack of  knowledge of the economy which has subjected Nigerians to untold hardship, the Federal Government on Wednesday said the former President might have been too busy to notice the efforts being made by the Mohammadu Buhari administration to improve the nation's economy.

Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed stated this while addressing State House correspondents at the end of the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The Minister however commended Obasanjo for lauding the administration's efforts to fight corruption and insecurity.
