Delayed N-Power Final List: Pre-selected Applicant Writes N-Power, Demands Payment Of December Stipend As Compensation For His Patience | CNR

As pre-selected 2017 N-Power applicants continue to wait for the release of final list of successfully selected applicants from the 2017 graduate recruitment exercise, one of the pre-selected applicant, Benjamin Bulus has written to the scheme demanding payment of 2017 December stipend as a compensation for his patience while waiting for the final list.

Mr. Bulus said in an open letter that the payment would strengthen their hope and confidence in the scheme while they continue to wait the final list of successfully selected candidates.

Expectations are high among N-Power pre-selected applicants since they completed the mandatory physical verification exercise in December last year.

The applicant said: "Dear N-Power officials, if you are not going to release the final list and post to our places of primary assignments, then pay us our December (2017) stipends/salaries because that will give us hope and confidence to wait without ceasing".

It should be recalled that the Federal Government Social Investment Programme, N-Power, had recently advised 2017 pre-selected applicants to disregard any information from unauthorized sources claiming that the scheme has released final list of selected applicants.

They advised applicants to stay tuned to their social media channels for update on the final list of successfully selected applicants.

It urged the applicants to continue to wait patiently for the final list which they said would soon be out.
