BREAKING: IPOB Vows To Disrupt Any Public Event On Restructuring In South-East | CNR

The Indigenous People Biafra, IPOB, has vowed to disrupt any public event organized by the leadership of the Igbo socio-cultural apex group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo to discuss Nigerian unity in South Eastern region of Nigeria.

IPOB warned that the recent spontaneous disruption of ECA event in Enugu shall become the fate of any further gathering where issues of Nigerian unity and restructuring is to be discussed.

In a statement Wednesday, IPOB's spokesperson, Emma Powerful warned that such public event will be disrupted by members of the Biafran independence group.

The statement made it clear that any gathering of Igbo leaders to discuss restructuring will be disrupted like the recent meeting of the Eastern Consultative Assembly, ECA which was not not allowed to hold in Enugu recently.

"What happened at the said event will be nothing compared to what shall become of Ohanaeze Ndigbo should they attempt to convene any public meeting in anywhere in Biafraland to discuss restructuring or how to keep Nigeria one.

"The spontaneous disruption of ECA event in Enugu, though regrettable, is what shall become of any gathering where compromised, washed-out politicians gather to sell out our people to their Hausa-Fulani from the North. What we want and being killed for is referendum not restructuring; freedom not continued bondage in Nigeria", IPOB noted.
